Sports massage can be useful in treating soft tissue stiffness, brought on by overuse or stress. It is also beneficial as a maintenance modality during intensive training programmes, especially for endurance sports such as marathon or triathlon training. We offer 30 minute sessions to focus on specific areas, as well as 60 minute sessions to address more widespread stiffness/tightness.
